Can a biz in one state incorporate in another? What would be the benefit of a Cali Corp Inc'ing in NEV?
I have a business in California but I also serve Nevada and Oregon. I want the business to be able to stand on its own. Can I incorporate in Nevada or another state? What would be the benefit? What is the best state to incorporate in? Any Lawyers or other legal beagles out there? Thanks
