A Nevada corporation is alowed to do business in any state whether you reside there or not.

Delaware, the other long-held choice for friendly business environment for incorporation has its own set of advantages, the principal among these being the long history and large canon of corporate law to draw upon. Delaware also has the "Court of Chancery", a panel of judges who hear only corporate law cases, thus relieving you frm hte crap shoot that is often a jury trial. Most of the publicly traded companies have theircorporate home in Delaware and you'll realize significant privacy and beneficial tax treatment here as well.
